Hi markus,

how does your setting (electrical) look like?

What drivers are you using?

How do I install transistor switches?
Can you post a picture?

Yeah maybe you are right, I tried it just with the x-axis, cause there I dont need the pullup resistors...
I'll try it tomorrow with the Y and Z axis...

I found out that Pokeys is installing stuff all over my pc... tried to delete everything befor I installed the latest firmware again...

Actually I dont need to Install Mach3 everytime, cause at first the motors should move with the pokeys SW, right?

Dear Lukas,
attached you will find my layout.

Kind regards,
Markus

PS.: To all: I do not guarantee for this circuit. Everyone is responsible for himself to check and - if necessary - to adopt it it before it is used within an electrical circuit.

Hi Markus,

thanks for your help.

IT WORKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I used the 3,3V output instead of the 5V and connected it to PUL+ (+5V) and DIR+(+5V).
Then PUL- to Pokeys [PIN46 ,..............PIN 48 & 49 with 470 Ohm resistor]
DIR- to 38;39;40 on Pokeys.

Suddendly it worked.

When I used 3.1.38 Firmware the Motors started althought the Emergency-switch was activated while starting Mach 3.
I downgraded to 3.1.17 and everything works fine...

The Driver seems to be okay with 3,3 V instead of the discribed 5V.

Took me all my nervs but now I can go for my mechanical setup.

Cheers Lukas
