Hi All
a- I choose jogging mode
b-Step option at 0.1 per unit

Then when I press my arrow or jog  button briefly, it jogs 10 times(0.1mm x 10)  or a whole unit before it stops. (A whole unit which is 1mm in my case.)

My question is this:
Why cant I just jog 0.1 every time I push the button. ??..Is it normal for mach to go throug the whole unit every time?
please shed some light on this for me. 

I think I answered my own question, (halfway)   After more investigating it seems like Mach does 10 steps for all the  significant digit that it is set in the step mode.
meaning if I go down to  0.01 it still does 10 steps but at least  now I get my 0.1mm ??(the distance I want)

I still want to  do a single step per  button press though, instead of waiting to go through ten steps every time.

the reason I am asking is that  I limited on the buttons on my pendant so I was hoping to do a  3  buttons, one for 1mm step,0ne button for 0.1mm step and one for 0,01mm  step.
