I need to move a step motor, only one motor
Distance changing 0.1-80 cm.
That can send commands via software thet I build in vb.net?
Or is there another solution to control the motor via vb.net?

Look up arduino. Great realtime control of steppers for small projects. E.g people have created etch a sketch auto drawing hardware with arduino and steppers.
