Help with general inputs
« on: June 10, 2014, 07:38:24 PM »
I currently have a number of switches hooked to my Galil DMC 1850 inputs 5,6,7 & 8 on the second ICM.  There is a pendant that I got with my Camsoft that is hooked to the first ICM and for now I want to leave it there.

So I want to hook the switched to the Mach inputs 1-4.  It looks like the terminals on the Galil board ICM1900 are 61-64, but this is board/connector #2. So I am thinking that is actually inputs 9-16, yes?  What do I use for the pins in Mach?

I think I finally have it straight as far as the pins/inputs.

I used pins 37-40 and hooked them to Inputs 1- 4, so I can use them at this point. Those are actually inputs 5-8 on my second board at Galil connections 61-64

Is there a chart anyplace showing the Mach pins and Galil pin assignments?  I suppose it would be different for the various Galil models.

The pin assignments are in the Galil plugin doc pdf that can be downloaded from the Mach website.
