MACH3 X axis run off?
« on: February 24, 2014, 07:10:21 PM »
Hi guys,
I'm having a problem. My CNC is running its X axis off of the tool path while its running. I've had this problem before, therefore
I've went and purchased 2 brand new computers and started over. The problem will go away for a short period of time, a few
days or a week, and then will keep occurring. I've been keeping in contact with Lighting CNC Support, and they think that
there's a frequency from the plasma that's interfering with the computers cut. It would be nice to have some help, please answer
ASAP!
Thank you,
Mason.

Can you clarify what you mean by " running its X axis off of the tool path while its running"
Are you meaning the axis does not follow what is shown on the toolpath view or are you meaning the toolpath view shows the actual movement of the axis when it deviates from the correct path?
