Author Topic: Manually enter value into DRO to move machine then click "To Go"  (Read 2257 times)

I think I used to be able to enter a distance in the DRO on the "Program Run" screen then click on the  "To Go" button and then it would move to that position/distance.

It does not seem to work like this anymore, is there a setting somewhere that I can change.

I do not want to enter it via the MDI screen as it is slower to do that what used to work.

Any ideas?

I don't think it's ever worked like you're saying.
The ToGo button changes the display of the DRO to the distance remaining in the move.

I can tell you it has never worked that way, only thing possibly is you were at zero and and changed the DROs to a value and then pressed the GoToZero button.
How that is quicker than MDI I dont know but......
