i changed the motor on my max nc mill and am trying to utilize a solid state relay on port 1, pin 1, ouptut 1 to turn the motor on and off.  When i line enter, or create gcode, with m3, I cannot get pin 1 to go high.  The diagnostics screen blinks output 1, but voltage measurements on the pin do not change ~0.  I have configured the output screen and spindle set-up screen.  Any thoughts?
