Why is the "Invert" Option not available with Matrix LED? 

I have a dual color LED (for Software Limits LED) and wanted to have it red when it's off and green when software limits are turned on.
With the Invert option you can do it. But it's not possible when you use the Matrix LED...

Any suggestions?

if your running dual state LEDs, then the off condition ones, would need to be feed from your second matrix output, that would be feed by a brain.
So matrix array 1 would be all green leds, that represented the ON states, matrix 2 would be the red leds that represented the off state.
so, you would have 2 brains, one for mapping your on states, and one for mapping your off states.
