$500 and A JMD-15. What would you do?

Hey team, it's my first post over here at the mach forum, and I'd love to get your wishlist.

What I have:
JMD-15 (RF45) similar to what's shown here currently running GRBL on an Arduino, a small driver shield, and using scripts to process my g-code.

http://blog.makezine.com/2011/09/02/grblshield-cnc-mill-conversion/   (not my machine, just the inspiration.)

and $500.00

I'm ready to make the jump to Mach 3  because:

my motors aren't really strong enough (120 oz in with 1:3 pulley ratio)
my driver card doesn't push enough amps
grbl is very simplistic and I'd like to use MACH3 on my laptop with win 7 64 over usb or ethernet.
no 4th or 5th axis capability.

I would like:
Motors with at least 280 to 420 oz in
Power supply
Drivers
Controller mechanism
4 axis capability

What would you do?
Thank you so much for your help.
