Help !!!!
« on: May 02, 2013, 09:53:04 AM »
I'm having issues with a Hardinge, General Numeric, CHNC I. The machine will not turn the turn the single block mode off??? It will run the program in the single block mode fine but just won't turn off. We power the machine off and bring it back up but still in single block. Any suggestions or help is appreciated.

The xml is the file that holds your config settings, it will be in the Mach3 folder and have the name of the Mach profile you are using and it will have a .xml file extention.
You will likely have to copy it and rename it as the forum will only accept a file name to be attached once. You use the additional options button on the reply page to attach it.

Just wondering, you are using Mach as the control software? Reading your initial post again it sounds like possibly you are using the original control but maybe not?

I believe so, we only use the machine this time of year to make pulleys for our products and it work fine last year with no problems. When we started it up this week we for some reason we now are having this problem
