JY5300 AND JY800W AND MACH3
« on: April 27, 2013, 09:40:01 AM »
Does anyone have a CNC milling machine combo made by MIB
I HAVE A 4 AXIS MILLING MACHINE with JY5300 machine controller and  JY800 power supply speed controller
Spindle motor is 800w and 24000 max rpm water cooled
I had a A>AXIS CARD BURN OUT AND Z> AXIS CARD BURN OUT.
ALL STEPPER MOTORS WORK ON ALL AXIS BY USING THE Y > AXIS CARD TO TEST WITH
using the hand held no PC mode
I'm trying to get the spindle motor to run using MACH3 software loading G-code roadrunner.
I'm total stuck can not get the emergency :-\ reset to stop flashing.
i setup the config part.
i have the MACH3 MANUAL INFO for set up still cannot run the code
HELP PLEASE

Try changing the active state of the E-Stop, you will get that from Config menu then Ports and Pins then Inputs.

Yes that seems the only place to do it.
But I have tried it every each way and still not luck.
This setup is parallel cable  hook up.
I did check my hardware and COM PORT AND LPT ??
Anyone know what signal or how to check the LPT CABLE.
DEVICE MANGER SAYS IT IS WORKING OK ?

Do you have the correct pins set for your step and direction?
Do you have the correct steps per unit set in motor tuning?

If you open Mach you will see lower right it says Profile and then a name, close Mach then look in the Mach3 folder on your drive for a file of that name with a xml extension. You will have to copy and rename it then attach to the forum by using the additional options button on the reply page. The reason you will need to rename is the forum only accepts a file name to be uploaded once and unless yours is unique it will be rejected.

First thing I see is you have port 1 disabled and port 2 enabled, likely that is wrong but if not then you need to assign port 2 for motors etc rather than the Port 1 you have.
