OK, I have my machine up and running.  I am roughing out parts, but I have a funny feeling I need some help calibrating everything get my servo driver PID loop in good shape etc etc.  Have some one take a look at my cabinet and how I have everything set up and maybe give me some pointers if needed.  What I would also like is to do some screw mapping.  Anyone nearby can help me out.  If ther eis some professional help out there willing to touch a MACH system, I am willing to pay.
