ok the issue is the same with and without license. Today I put in the license but the issue didn´t dissapear.

I think, that the problem is G94 in the first line of the programm.  So the problem will be that Mach didn´t recognize that it has to work in mm/rev when G76 is called.

There must be a bug with G76 or with G94 in the first line.

Now that I put in G95 after the toolchange the issue dissapeared and G76 works .

Got nothing to do with the license in this case I think.

Mach3 is a strange thing 

But anyway. Thank you a lot to be on my disposal.

Threading will be done with a G32 rather than G95 I would think, the canned cycle will just do that internally.
