Could be vibration from machine running or maybe the temperature has changed recently (bit colder)
Could be a bad driver, could be dry solder joints on it but still think wiring/connections most likely.

Hood, can you figure out why I would be getting the tables to move when I call up spindle M3/M4  I am running a C32 and ESS.

Do the axis DROs in Mach change with the axis moves?

No DRO change.  When I hit M3 all the axis moved.  Then when I thought let me check my VFD wiring.  There was one wire that I had to wire to the digital input common to make teh VFD work which was not mentioned in Arturo's instructions.  when I unhooked that wire and I commanded M3 nothing moved.  At this point I am wired as per his instructions and nothing works.  I believe that I wired the DCM on the VFD to pin #8 in the RJ45

If the DROs are not moving in Mach then it is likely to be a noise issue.

do you get noise if there is not enough capacitance coming out of the 120VDC power supply?

You would get ripple on the voltage if there is not enough capacitance, that may do weird things I suppose.
What was the wire you needed? Where is it coming from?

I don't know what pin #8 of the VFD outlet on the C32 is connected to.  Somewhow, I suspect that is the culprit that is tripping all of my axis's.  Only reason I am coming here is because getting a hold of Arturo is close to impossible.  It would be nice if he could asnwer that ?.    That definately was the wire.  because when I unhooked my drive power supply and rewired that pin to the DC common on my VFD the spindle ran like a charm.

Afraid I have never used any CNC4PC stuff (only used PMDX BOBs)  so cant really help there, certainly sounds like there is an issue with it though, hopefully Arturo will get back to you.
