I have suddenly started getting this message in my inbox  and i dont know why or what it is about

It asks me if I am sure that I want to stop notifications from this forum??

What must i do to stop getting the message??

You've hit the button to notify you of any new topics in the general (1) board.

Just click the link and select yes when it asks you if you want to stop notifications. That will stop you getting an email everytime somebody starts a new topic on the general board.
