Axes position at start up
« on: September 21, 2012, 10:00:14 AM »
When I open Mach3 the current axes positions appear to have random values.  Is there a way to make these start up at zero ?, value as at previous close down ? or a preset value ?  Thanks

Mill or lathe?
Using limit or home switches?

Hi RICH,

It is Sieg (type) smallest lathe with mill head running XYZ, no limits or homes (yet).  I normally park in a safe place and would like start up values zero'd just in case I make a move to zero (always in abs mode) having forgotten to set the axes to zero as I have done a couple of times now.

On the General Config page, uncheck the 'Axis DRO Properties' boxes then Mach3 always starts up with DRO's at 0.0000

Tweakie.
PEACE
