Ports & Pins, can they be Reset?

I'm seeing pins 1-11, 1-12, and 1-15 are active on the diagnostic screen, but there's nothing connected to them on my beakout board. Can pins be reset? Do I have a problem with the breakout board or with the printer port?

Dont think anyone really knows for sure what they represent, they are ibest ignored in my opinion and no you are not likely to have a problem.
