re-installed twice more - same thing - can't toggle the cycles - wierd

i'll have to get poking around and see if i have something turned of in the settings or... maybe this Mach is different somehow

going to try the NFS Wizard and see if the drilling cycles in it work.

thanks Hood

Well

the NFS drill wizard won't let me program a feed - something's goofy here

think it's time to get a hold of MachMotion to see if there is something they can see in the Mach3 software

I wrote that wizard a while back. You are the first I have heard having an issue with it. I even did all the G-code in long hand so it should work on just about anything. Must be something with your installation.

I think you will find it is the computer possible the display driver that causes the problem. I have 2 computors here 1 w2000 and 1 vista. The vista dawg has problem with Mach3 and wizards being able to toggle buttons and enter DROs with values. Some work some do not.

The W2000 works ALL the time. Same version Mach3 Same XML.

Just a thought, (;-) TP

this system is brand new with Win7 - that may be the issue... not sure though

is there a macro associated with the drill programs that i might not have or do these wizards use the macros?

going to try and link up with Machmotion today and hopfully resolve this
