Just one problem....

If we (you  ;D) are not going to sort out peoples BOBs, SSs (other external motion cards are available), drives, motors, VFDs, spindles, tool-changers, power supplies, probes, pendants, machines of all makes etc. etc.

This place is going to get a little quiet.

That's not to mention CADs, CAMs....

While working on this I found that my ARC OK light is on if I turn the torch on even if i have my plasma turned off.  I am using the dry arc ok contacts but was using a current transformer before.  Is there a way that this could be causing my problem?  Eather way is there something I have to do to change the input from the CT to the contacts.  I know it should not be on without the CT connected but it is.
This is certainly wrong - the ArcOK (as you know) should not come on unless the arc is ... well ... OK which it clearly can't be if the plasma's off. This is something I think you need to run by your supplier.

AH YEP, that would do it. IF your ArcOK signal is ON all the time the instant you issue a M3 then the thc sees very low voltage and attempts to raise the head. As the arc actually starts the voltage goes UP and the THC corrects the head back down to the proper volt level.

Ian do you have units in the field yet??? Finalized the com system ???

YOUS GUYS show nuff talk funny . Must be something to do with being on the east side of the pond.
