Mach3 / sheetcam sometimes lead in/out in wrong direction
« on: December 08, 2011, 06:42:29 AM »
Hello!

I have a problem with Mach3 and sheetcam on a plasma table.
In principle it works great BUT sometimes it happens that is I cut for example a plate with some holes in it, some of the holes are offset in relation to the shape of the plate.
It might happen that in some cases the lead in and outs are outside the hole and the holes are offset.

Sometimes this happens, sometimes not with the same file. Sometimes if I cut it twice the first is fine the second is wrong. If I restart the PC and Mach3 it is sometimes solved and sometimes not.

It might be related to relative moves.

Does someone has in idea what could cause such a fault?
Best regards
Stefan

Can you attach your xml and I will check your config, also attach a bit of code that it happens with and I will see if I can replicate the problem.
