Hi Arturo,
Thanks for checking back; I was out of town last week.  I deactivated all of the pokeys functions as well as all mach3 triggers and inputs and still got the jogging behavior.  So I decided to start over. After reinstalling Mach and all pokeys software and creating a new profile from scratch, everything is working perfectly.  Although I could not find it, the problem must have been on my end, and your hardware is working well.  Sorry to have bothered you with it...darn if I know where it was getting that input.

Anyhow, my new control box is working great!
