i need help in setting up the Mach
« on: September 11, 2011, 06:54:25 AM »
Hi
I need some help. I bought new machine with 3 axis. Also im new in  CNC. I face problem with the setting up my machine. After I start running the program(G code), in the middle the program is stop due to Estope. Is there any part I need to check. I was thinking that happened because I have the free copy. But already I bought the license.
I appreciate your support.

Q alsayed,

1.First copy the license file to the folder where Mach3 was installed.
2.Post nformation about the cnc system you purchased.
3.Then at least look at some of the manuals.

i did no. 1, 2, 3.
the machine is from china. ( working travel  850,480,65.) stepper motor type (57 two phase  3A super-low noise)
spindle motor 0.8 kw  VFD spindle .
spindle speed 3000--9000 rpm
resetting accuracy 0.05

Likely either noise or crap switches, both common on Chinese machines I am afraid
Increasing the Debounce Interval more may help but really you want to probably sort out the wiring and properly shield and ground limits and possibly fit better limits if their quality is not great. Could also be the VFD as they can be noisy especially, again, the Chinese ones.
