I need a support call .

Having a couple issues ..


1.  Bought The Mach 3 through BobCAD and I have recived the licesence file and have copied it to the Mach 3 directory as instructed the software seems lisenced however in Help> About mach 3 it still says Demo ..... Why is this OK ?

2. Also having trouble setting direction and step the machine moves but not properly , nee some assistance.

1. No, because you will be limited in file size and a few other things. You should see you name. Make sure you installed the license file into the Mach3 folder
   where Mach was installed.  You need to get in touch with BobCad if the lic file is bad.
2.You can change the direction without changing the wiring in Config>Homing Limits by just clicking the "reversed" box next to the axis.
    Make sure you have defined the Jog Keys to use for axis movements in Config>System Hotkeys Setup.
