YOU have to get above 2.48 download the developmental version. WHat version were you running prior to V2.48?

It was Mash2.02 lock down version
But I think problem in postprocessor this Visual mill 5 post is very complex 5axis and have some K lines with I have no idea about at mecsoft just dont want to know about as no one complain.

K is an arc modifier in Z axis similar to I&J for x/Y along with other things in different cycles. Look it up in the manual page 10-9 I believe.

If you were at v2.02 then then the problem I mentioned would not be causing your problem .

I think you need to find a proper postprocessor for your cam program to drive mach correctly. Being complex is not a problem with MACH. It just needs the proper command language to do it correctly.

Thanks for help I have resived modified post from Graham and problem was, Mash3 doesnt support helix spiral comands yet with sa I unerstand now this K words neded for Graham chande in postprocessor so helx-spirals came out as arcs it need to be polished G17 G21 G40 G54 G64 G90

it gave an erors Zero radius arc line12,  but looks promising then finished I will send it to Posprocessors Forum.

Also, K is also used for arcs in the XZ and YZ planes, G18 and G19.

For some reason Mash doesnt like arks ??
