So my table is setup and running now.
Wandering if any of you made your T slot tables?
After building table, software, and accessories I didn't have the $ to buy T slot's so I was going to use shelf pegs. Insert where needed in pre drilled holes.  Said holes are 1" apart with odd rows offset 1".
BUT I like the idea of being able to hold the piece down and not just from sliding around.

If so How did you make your T slot tables?

Here are some photos of my T-Slots

On the bottom I used 1/4" thick MDF and at the top I used 3/4" plywood

The bolt is standard 1/4-20 carriage bolt

Why dont you make you own clamps I was looking at buying some didnt have the money Then in the v carve pro forum someone put a posting on making clamps   All it was was a 3/4 inch board the clamp is 2 inches wide about 4 inches long  make one step 1/3 the thickness then another step with a 1/4 inch left. This will leave 3 steps one 3/4 inch thick one1/2 inch thick one 1/4 inch thick. I set up the cutter to cut 5 wide on the board  put a few rows and in 20 minutes I had 30 clamps made at a few cents each. Oh I had to put a hole in them to put a screw threw to clamp them to the table top. bolt head soldered or brazed to a washer with both sides flattend will make a T bolt.Put a wing nut on the top  Simple and looks like they were bought.

Thanks kolias - wish I done that from the get go.
I will put it on my 2 Do list.

Along with the DIY clamps.
