Thanks cj - sorry it's taken me so long to reply - I somehow missed your post. Must have got lost in all the other replies  ;D

which one do you have? The P3E with the EE box looks like it fully handles E-Stop correctly - so might take a shot at that one.

Thanks again

Ian

I have the P3 but without the EE box. I already have that wired to a big button next to the door that I use that kills the charge pump.

I really like the pendant and need to spend more time using it than working. lol

IAN for plasma it does not take many features. I use fast/slow jog, set axis 0,0,0, THC up/down , move to clear part and fire torch/stop torch.

Thanks Terry. Might look at adding in run/pause/stop as well. Is start/stop torch that useful?

oH YEA, Test firing the torch after clearing the tip, Also restarting a cut mid line requires sneaking up on the cut line by starting the program then refiring the torch on the fly at the right spot(;-). Once you loose spark and the cut stops it is sometimes hard to restart in a spot that has already been cut. The torch does not want to restart in the open gap.

Also to do simple cutoffs I use the torch start to start the torch then hit slow jog to trim off scrap from the plate
