The installer was sent to Boris's email today, changes below.
Here is the changes to the 10.6 PoKeys Plugin:
1). New PoKeys.set, Made changes to the PoKeys page. The Digital IO, is now
instep with the buttons DROs. For instance the button " 1/0 Pin1 LED2001 "
1/0 = On/Off, and the physcical PoKeys PIN will now turn on/off ULED 2001.
On the PoKeys Config plugin dialog, you will need to set the Base to 2001
from the old 2000. This is so the User LEDs and synch up with the physical
PK Pins.
2). MPG, performace, has been improved alot, it now follows your MPG as you turn
it. You may have to fool with the counts per tick settings, like 4 ticks/count.
NOTE: set the MPG to Port10, but pins to "0". I haven't really noticed a difference
between "Fast Encoders" verses "Regular Speed Encoders". I use Multi-Step, since
there still appears to be a Mach3 bug in the Single Step code, it works sometimes,
others it does not. Recommend you also run the Calibrate MPG.
3). The New Matrix Key functions for full 16*8 keys is supported.
4). Both the 8x8 Matrix LEDs, are working, and in synch with the PoKeys software
layout.
5). Moved non-time critical functions to periodic calls in the update loop, to
pick up more speed.
6). NOTE: The Auxillary Data Bus is done, BUT, since I dont have a Auxillary Data
Bus piece of hardware to test on. I don't know if it works at this time. So, if you
have a ADB piece of hardware that his hooked up like the PK manual discribes, let me
know how it is working for you........ or, not.... send bugs to: poppabear@hughes.net
7). PWM base fx is set to 1000htz in the plugin, so in the PK software you will need
to tick the "ms" radio button, and set the PWM = 1, if your going to use PWM spindle
out, and/or LCD Text contrast/LCE Back Light.
