Are your home switches enabled in Ports & Pins? (Mine are enabled though I dont have homing swtiches) but I do have 1 limit switch per axis with a ramp at each end acting as 2. All of my limits are connected to the same pin. Looking at your statement again, your homing switch is on a different pin than your limits, right? The machine can not pass a limit switch but can pass a home switch. That is the way I understand it. My home is a software home. I am now wondering why my homing switches are enabled but it works! I wont be changing it.
