Well i just ordered a Ekstrom Carlson Spindle to replace my porter cable.  I just couldnt deal with the run-out any longer.

Can anyone give me a rundown on the best way to wire the VFD to mach3?  The simplist way.

Do you have a breakout board with an analog output?
;D If you could see the things I have in my head, you would be laughing too. ;D

My breakout board is simple.  All it has it the lpt port and blocks to connect wires.  I do not think it has a analog output.

Does your VFD have to see a varying input voltage to vary the speed? Any VFD I have fooled with works this way. Do you have any wiring diagrams you can post, or a link? Look at these and see if it helps.
