Good to know.
I scaled it down to .75 and slowed the feed rate down and she cut like a dream.
(Cutting Aluminum)
I need to set up the Z axis and Im golden.
anybody know of a good source for toothed pullys ?
the surplus place I invade daily is out of any of the size I need.
I will probably go to Grainger if I dont find a good online source.

Stock Drive, Google them. Good people to deal with, if they don't have it, you probably don't need it. They allso have a design wizard. You give it the pulley ratio, desired center to center. It will give you length, number of teeth, actual center to center. :)

All I care about right now is the Bore size.
