Play with the velocity setting and accel , start low and gradualy increase until the stepper starts to skip then back off some.

Rich thanks for your answer.

But I have done that and feed is not over 29000 never.
I think thas is because my steps are 200 *4 = 800
too much pulses to get a Hig speed.
