Yes they seem to be working fine for me in both IE and Opera, what browser are you using?

all other videos work as i can view videos on you tube with no problem

Try downloading them from the ftp site. If they still dont open in your browser then you can get SWF Opener and view them with that.

Would just seem that your browser is either blocking them due to your security settings or possibly it doesnt have the plugin but to be honest I dont have a clue

In the past I was able to view the video tutorials. Now when I try to access them I get a message to enable Java and download Flash Player. I all ready have Flash Player downloaded. Any ideas about what I'm doing wrong?
