OK found the problem....

NOISE or high voltage coming from the fact that I cleaned or tryed to clean up the look of my shop by attaching all the wires together. My Z wire was not with the others cause it was attached to a non moving part so I ran my Z wire to the ceiling and thus no noise on this wire...
My X and Y and cnc power cables were attached together and the Ports pins were on active high so....WAIT FOR IT... when I turned on my cnc it caused both the X and Y to have a high signal intermittently thus producing random movement in the X and Y axises.
