i want retrofit my milling and turning machine to cnc machine with mach3 software.
Please help me what board is the best and real for connection between machine and software ?

or other board ?
What board Do you advise and why?
I want retrofit other machine with more speed near 18000 m/min axis movement.
Please drew of connection map wire between board,motor,MPG ,pc or other hardware and send it to my mail. ???
How many and what kind and what model of interface board Does i need for connection.

Will need more details about the machines you have such as size, do they have ballscrews etc.

Afraid there is no such thing as a general answer it will all depend on the machine you intend to use it on which way would be best.

I have two cnc machine and one lathe.one of milling machine is universal milling machine that doesn't ballscrews and other milling machine is an old cnc machine that i want to change the control panel and also i have a universal lathe machine.I think ballsrews is 6mm pitch.

For the speeds you are wanting I think a servo system is probably the only way to go. If you have no experience of doing a retrofit then probably the best thing to do would be to get one of the kits from Machmotion. They would be able to advise which, if any, of there kits would be most suitable for your machines.

You are asking the impossible in your request for a wiring diagram, each machine will be different because it will have different needs. Afraid you will have to work that part out for yourself. As said previously your best bet is to contact someone like Mach motion that provide a variety of kits and see what they recommend.

I  would check with Ajax. They can furnish you with a wiring schematic for your application.

Why ?
 I have an Ajax control on a mill , and love it. Use servos , not steppers.
