4 axis not work

hi to all
i have mounted the secon printer port on my computer and connecting the parallel interface for 4 axis, and setting:
port#2 0x278 enable
in the motor output have setting:
A axis enable, step pin2, dir pin3, step port 2, dir port 2
in the output signal have setting:
enable4, port 2, pin n 1
after click on apply and restart mach3
in the mdi mode insert command G1 A10 F100, but all the motor are off and not work
what is the problem?

Check to see what the port address is under device manager

hi Brian, i have check the address, these are 0xda00 for lpt1 and oxd600 for the lpt2, the machine work correctly with 4 axis, the problem is:
i have reset the PC, and restart mach3, and the machine not work (all the axis is off)
my OS is win2000 pro
i have mounted double port lpt and disable the native port in the BIOS
existing solution for this problem?

resolvet problem
forced parallel port in the matherboard at address 03F8 and assigned IRQ11 on the added parallel card
all is OK
