How should the AD drive be wired for a SS board Because I  think i have it wired for single ended Step/Dir signals

Afraid I have no idea, you will have to refer to the Sure Servo manual. With the drives I use they can be set up single ended or differential, it is possible the Sure Servo ones require a parameter set .

There is an Error in the Sure Servo manual, the written doc on the Optos is wrong, the PIC of the opto wiring is correct.

Here is a picture of the current wiring I have chosen to use from the AD servo manual pls check this and see if it is the correct one to use

Seems to be fine although I would possibly have thought the common should have been tied to the - inputs.
