Sometimes we simply take things as granted. I hope the forum will
not hate me for takings advantage of this opportunity.
I am using Mach3 for a few years and never had any serious problems.
Lately, my system crashed (my fault) and eventough it was Sunday,
the problem was solved in a matter of minutes. A few days ago, although
I bother them with silly questions I got immediate and professional
assistance.
