W Axis

We are using the W axis, mapped to F axis on the Galil, to move the cross rail on a planner mill. It jogs fine but Mach3 does not respond to a W move in MDI or from a program line. I have tried both W and C before the coordinate value. I tested with the printer port and Mach3 does respond.
Here are some pictures of the machine.

Make sure that the abc axes in Mach are set to linear, not rotary. It's the only thing that comes to mind at the moment.
Enable the Debug output in the plugin config, restart Mach, do an MDI W move, and send me the GalilDebug.txt file.
