Ref All won't always turn led's green
« on: September 12, 2009, 06:08:32 PM »
When I first load Mach 3 and ref all home everything seems fine it homes and zeros the DRO's but only the A goes green, and it does not back off the limits like it should.
When this happens if I load the Roadrunner G-Code it is way out of scale it only displays 1 line in the yellow box and shows the clue line way out of the table limits.

If I load another G-Code and go through many screens and Ref All several times it finally zeros and backs off the limits properly then turns led's green.

I can load and cut files just fine Soft Limits always work, etc. but not until they go green, otherwise all code is out of scale.

It just takes lots of messing around to get it working, then it is fine until I reload Mach.

Any ideas?

I use a Smooth Stepper if it matters.

Thanks
Ed

Try increasing the filtering for the homing in the SS Config.

I will try it, I am sure it is set to what ever it defaults to.

Thanks
