I'm about to start questioning my intelligence. My units are mm? The jog display says mm. I have g21 in the code. So what magic switch did I forget to throw?

Presuming you have this working now as your other thread seems to say you are threading correctly.
Had a look at the xml and it seemed fine and seemed to work fine here.

No, actually this is a boring move. I just found out I've been using an unlicensed copy in the shop. Would that matter? I can check again.

I did notice you had the Y axis enabled in Turn, most people dont have a Y on their lathe so if you dont disable it. Probably not the problem but worth doing anyway.
