I have   THC300 but I have some problem ,with THC ON/OFF when I push the button from Mach3 screen it will work but if I use on off button by the
G-code using M3 will work most of the time but M5 never work so I have to stop mach3 and then I stop the plasma by push button from mach3 scream .
and also I don't see much diffrent by the THC-300 it locks to me it is not working good.because  some time the torch come down until touch the matrial.

please I need help withe THC-300

The THC ON button just activates the THC function during a cut. To fire the torch click on Torch ON again for Torch OFF
If you  type M3 in the MDI DRO and press enter does the torch fire ? Which version of Mach are you using?
Are you using the files from www.soundlogicus.com click on support/ download. You could send me the XML you are using
