possibility to use with Mach3
« on: August 12, 2009, 07:50:01 PM »
Hi all.
I was given some servo driver/amplifiers   http://www.a-m-c.com/download/datasheet/b12a6.pdf and the motors to suit (elcom)  same as these ( my pictures are no ???t that good) http://cgi.ebay.com/ELCOM-PITTMAN-5173N002-R1-BRUSHLESS-DC-SERVO-MOTOR_W0QQitemZ280376773703QQcmdZViewItemQQimsxZ20090725?IMSfp=TL090725135004r4357  I also have the 36V 6 A power supply to suit

My questions are;  is it worth while to use these ?  if yes how do I connect them to mach3?

Thanks in advance

Paul

Looks like they are analogue input only so afraid you cant use with Mach unless you get some form of Step/Dir to analogue converter.
