Table display cuts off part of the image
« on: June 17, 2018, 08:40:14 PM »
Hi everyone. I'm brand new to the CNC world and I'm learning on a small homemade (not by me) CNC that I bought at an estate sale. I'm using Fusion 360 and created my daughter's name as a simple text to see how the machine works. When I transferred the G-code I looked at the picture in the table display and see that the "Y" which is the last letter in my daughter's name is cut off. This also applied to the CNC machine when I ran it, it did everything but stopped on the last part of the Y.

I presume this is some error that I've done, set parameters incorrectly or something like that. Anyone have a recommendation on what I need to do to get this so I can complete my simple project.
Thanks

If you have your softlimits set correctly, which defines your table view, then the issue is with your origin location or part size in Fusion 360.

I'll have to do some more research on my soft limits. I dont know if they are correct or not. I'll start there.

Thanks.
