 ??? Assuming I have a working pulse coming from my lathe, how do I hook it up to a PMDX-132 breakout and have Mach recognize it in MachTurn?

I am not sure about the 132 as I have never seen one but what you do is just connect the pulse to an Input and then asign that input to the Index Input in Machs Ports and Pins. Obviously your pulse needs to be 5V and if you are not powering it from the breakout then you will probably need to common the 0V of the pulse and the breakout.
