« on: May 19, 2009, 05:28:42 AM »
Hello

Im`trying to make the Touch plate Autozero Z axis like in this thread http://www.cnczone.com/forums/showthread.php?t=36099
but im a newbee and can`t find any of this. I use Mach3 version 3.*********.

Could you guide me in the right direction?

Where is the Screen utility, how do I put the "user DRO"  and a LED in the screen, what is Screen4?

I cand find any of this items in Mach3.

Thanks

Screen4 is found in the download section.  Also in the videos section there is a basic video on its use.

While you are figuring all that out here is a screenset with the DRO and LED added for you to try.

The Tool Zero macro will need to be edited if you are using medieval English measurements.  :)

Thank you very much Greg.

I`am also a metric user.
Your screen and the zero tool button is working great.

Do you know what to do, so the Mach always opens with your screen?
When I start the Mach3 the screen is white, then I have to load a screen - it never happend before.

Sounds like the .set file is not in the Mach3 directory.

Make sure it is, then Mach should remember which screenset was last used and load it at startup.
