Turning off M3/M4/M5 delay
« on: May 23, 2009, 12:45:55 PM »
I note that there is a fairly significant delay included in turning on/off the motor relay.

This is somewhat frustrating for small runs since it slows down the process for no reason.  The cutter needs time to physically speed up and slow down, this is true, but it should be combining this with the move into and away from the work.  If I needed a delay I'd add one.

Is there any way to make Mach3 turn off this behavior?

Try in the Port and pins Menu Under config.

Choose the Spindle Setup Tab.

Setting should be find there
