I'm trying to test my machine and I always get wrong measurement say I'm draw an rectangle with size 150x130 mm it give completely wrong measurement like 100x90 mm.I'm not sure if step per unit is correct or what.can some one help me to find out my step per unit please the following are my machine  details
34 Nema stepper motor 1.8
1/32 microstepping drive
leadscrew Dia 25mm,with 5 thread per inch and 5mm between threadcrests and is connected to the motor with pulley which has no teeth in the motor shaft and  pulley which has no teeth  in the screw( there no  teeth in the screw gear and no teeth in the motor gear Ns,Nm)

thank for reply,I've read tuning motor chapter,and make my calculation as below
pitch=1/5 =0.2                effective pitch =0.2x2=0.4
screw revs per unit =1/0.4 =2.5
motor revs per unit= 2.5xNs/Nm=2.5x1 =2.5    (1:1 drive ratio because my gear has no teeth)
mach3 steps per motor revs =200x32 = 6400
mach3 step per unit = 6400x2.5 =16000
would you please check this calculation if it right and if drive ratio 1:1 is right.
thank you for your support
