I am a nwe CNC user and using MAch3, Lazycam to create G codes.

I have a problem arranging the offsets.

Let's say I need a rectangle cut of 10mm X 20 mm and I use a 1 mm fraise. How can I arrange the tool to cut outside the line so that I can get a 10mmX20mm clean rectangle.

I tried to use LazyCam's offset options but it did not help.

Is there a way to make it in Mach3?

Offset the lines in your CAD program before importing to LazyCAM.
