Rectangular Shape

I have a very large machine that I am setting up and fine tuning and I do rectangular with 4 square corners test file run. On the Mach screen and the machine run with 3 round corners as you can see from the screenshot.

Can you please tell me what cause that?

Hi,

For external corners, I always prog to roll the cutter round the corner. Its much gentler on the machine?
Might also help with your problem?

Put a G61 at the start of your g-code, that should stop the rads.
