"Hey, can you cut the Router and Fan on?"
« on: March 13, 2009, 09:49:12 AM »
I heard a while back that i am supposed to be able to do this. Thought i might take the time and ask, get it wired up, and get going. I dread coming back up to the shop over the weekend after running a long job (12 hours sometimes more), just to turn the router and suction off.

I have the cnc4pc c11. I looked in the wiring diagram, and the manual, but i am a neophyte and it does not compute. Any help?

Thanks
Kenneth

You need some relays to do that. Not familiar with that board, so I don't know for sure what you'd need.

Leaving a machine unattended for 12 hours can be dangerous. I've heard of a few machines starting fires when something breaks or malfunctions. Router bits can create tremendous heat when moving slowly.
